(I)GCSE Coursework Deadlines 2009-10

 

IGCSE ICT

IGCSE ICT coursework is divided into two parts: a project and a case study. It is important that all students stick to a strict schedule in completing their coursework.

Year 11 students will start their Project the week commencing August 29th. This must be completed by November 4th, 2009.
Students will start The Case Study on January 9th and must complete it by March 10th, 2010.

Design Technology

This needs to be completed by September 14:

Section 1.1 Identifying a need
Section 1.2 Primary and Secondary research
Section 1.3 Specification.

This needs to be completed by October 12:

Section 2.1 Generating initial ideas
Section 2.2 Reviewing your work

This needs to be completed by October 26:

Section 3.1 Developing chosen design
Section 3.2 Final design and working drawings for manufacture

Manufacture of final model to begin on October 31
