Photography for International Award at DBGS

Silver Award Introduction

If you are planning on doing photography as a skill for the Siver Award, you should first follow the Bronze Units - depending on your knowledge of photography you should be able to complete them within 3 months. If you have already done the Bronze Units or you are already a technically competant photographer, you can start immediately on this programme.

Silver Award directions

For the Silver Award you need to choose an area of photography that you can develop over a period of six months or more. Here are some ideas. If you are interested in pursuing these, or any ideas of your own, you need to discuss it with your teacher. We will then help you develop a programme.
