Quality British Education in Saudi Arabia

Dear Parents,

Welcome back! I hope that all our families in Key Stage 2 had a very enjoyable summer. A particular welcome to all our new families and children who are joining us this year. I look forward to meeting you and helping with the settling in process as much as I can.

There are a few changes within the Key Stage this year. As many of you are aware at the end of the Summer Term we said goodbye to Mrs. Evans (5 Blue), Mr. Castellijo (P.E.) and both Mrs Wasson and Mrs. Addis (Teaching Assistants).
We now welcome Mrs. Didi Stackpole who will be teaching 5 Blue this year. She is already very much at home with us having completed her P.G.C.E. here last year. Mr. Sean Gale joins the P.E. Department from B.I.S.A.K. and he will be teaching all K.S.2 classes and last, but by no means least, Mrs. Joanne Rodley who will be working in the department as our Teaching Assistant but will mainly be based in Year 3.

Key Stage 2 now looks as follows:-

Mrs. Rosie Sohail 4 Red, Mrs. Lynne Bolton 4 Blue

Mr. Sean Odell 5 Red, Mrs. Didi Stackpole 5 Blue

Mr. Steve McMahon 6 Red, Mr. David Bolton 6 Blue

We will shortly be sending out details for the ‘Back to School’ days when you will be given the opportunity to meet with your child’s year group teachers for a talk on various aspects of the class programme and their expectations. We look forward to seeing as many of you as possible on these days.
