Year 2 visit to the firestation

We went to Aramco firestation yesterday and had a lot of fun!
Some of us got to wear the firefighter’s special clothes. You can wear them for 5 minutes if there is a fire before they start to burn. They are made of a special material. The jacket felt very heavy!
We also saw big fire trucks and we heard their loud siren. There is a ladder on the side of the trucks that can be used to rescue people if there is an emergency.
We got to spray using the hose.
We also saw the breathing machine that helps the firefighter breath when there is a fire and smoke.
The firefighters told us that if there is a fire you dial 998 for help.
The firefighters were cool because they do an interesting job and they were very friendly.
We had a lot of fun!
